Sweet Things

Just a few sweet things lately:

 

1. Aaron worked really hard at Aramark the last 3 years, and was promoted to Production Manager. Way to go Sugar Bear!

 

2. Griff is full blown using the potty!  No more diapers! 

Diapers have been a big part of my life for 5 years now and I'm done for a while. Yes! 

 

 3.  Aaron may be at work ALL THE TIME, but he makes sure to do sweet little things for our kids that make me smile.  Just in the last few days, he attached a glittery rose to the top of Kali's headboard (seen below) just to make her feel special. 

Also, after a mean little neighbor boy ripped all the streamers out of Kali's handlebars, Aaron got out the my ribbon box and made custom streamers for her.

 

Also, this morning when I was redressing Kali's bandage on her blister, she asked me to cut it in the shape of a heart the way that daddy did the night before.

 

Also, the other night at bedtime, she told Aaron that she needed a baby bed for her little teddy bear, so Aaron quickly fashioned this little bed next to hers.

Aaron likes to make people think he's all tough, but he's really not. 

He's just a big teddy bear.
