While there is nothing monumentally exciting going on in our lives this month, we are still keeping busy each day with all the little things. Here is an update on what we are up to:
Aaron is starting his last semester at Cal State Fullerton tomorrow, where he is majoring in Kinesiology. On top of his toughest semester ever, he is continuing his internship at the Goodwill Fitness Center where he assists clients with physical handicaps and chronic illnesses. In the evenings Aaron is umpiring for the Huntington Beach Men's Softball League, so we can officially refer to him as "Blue" now. He also pitches for two softball teams when he isn't working. Lastly, Aaron teaches Sunday School to the 12,13,14 & 15 year olds who are looking forward to their class party at our house this month.
While Aaron is constantly on the go, I have been busy working inside the home. Most importantly, I feed/clothe/diaper/feed/snuggle/play with/teach/feed/put to bed/bathe/feed/sing to/and feed our little Kali girl all day long. When I get a few moments of downtime from the baby business, I manage the 18 units in our complex, keeping tenants happy with frequent visits from the plumber, the repairman, the painters, the gardeners, the window man, the blinds man, the Bugman, and many other special men. When I am not occupied at home, I'm serving as the secretary in Young Women's at church, where I have made 11 new girlfriends between the ages of 12 and 16.
In our free time this month, we have been watching black and white movies such as Casablanca, Dr. Strangelove, and The Maltese Falcon (thanks Dad). We are also attempting to Scrap book. I say 'we' because I am scrapping a book for Kali, and Aaron is scrapping a book for me. He's sweet like that.
Lastly, Kali and Lulu Cowdog have been lazy as usual, rolling around on the floor and eating whatever they can. Nothing new there, but we love them to pieces.

Holiday Cheer
This Christmas was extra fun for us, celebrating with our little muffin for the first time. We loved having Christmas morning together as a family for the first time, and making our own holiday traditions.
This is Aaron and his lovely holiday sign which he proudly displayed outside our front door.
We couldn't keep this baby away from her gifts under the tree. She was too excited about Christmas.
tearing into her gifts from Grandma...
She was in heaven with all of the wrapping paper!

Anyone see the resemblance between Kali
and her cousin Kailer 6 years ago?
