I Love to be Showered With Gifts

Last weekend my sister and my sister in law threw me an awesome baby shower for the little guy on the way. The theme of the shower was Dodger baseball, and they did such a good job decorating the house in Dodger fashion. We had great food, fun games, and adorable gifts. Thank you Tasha and Katie for everything and for putting so much thought into all the details down to the Big League Bubblegum Chew.

One of the games we played was 'pregnant twister'. The girls strapped pillows onto their tummies and tried to play twister which ended up being hilarious.

To All The Ladies Out There...

Do you ever wake up in the morning and for just an instant forget that you are extremely pregnant until you go to roll over or sit up? And at that moment do you then remember that there is an extra load of 25-30 lbs. dispersed throughout your body with the bulk of it being directly on top of you? And do you then want to cry because all you want to do is lay on your tummy for 30 seconds but you can't? Ya, I get that.

One More Christmas Blog

Last month Kali had her pictures taken, and the only way I could get her to sit still and smile, was to bring in a little girl from the waiting room. She stood right next to the photographer and Kali smiled away at her.
